An event every month that begins at 1:00 pm on day Fourth of the month, repeating indefinitely
This is the Duck Foot Brewing Company jam! Please understand there is still covid caution advised. San Diego is encouraging with one of the highest vaccination rates in the country! … for those still unvaccinated, we encourage covid vaccination, then mindful awareness and yes, reasonable social distance while jamming.
Sunday, fourth Sunday of the month, 1-3 PM. Duck Foot Brewery bluegrass jam. (See location address below.) Time to get out and jam!
Do you love to play music? Do you enjoy playing with other musicians? Do you like bluegrass, old time, acoustic music? We meet and jam at one of San Diego’s best micro breweries with award winning craft beer. (Soft drinks and snacks, and a food too. Yes, a food truck!)
Bring your guitar, banjo, bass, fiddle, mandolin, dobro or acoustic instrument. We love and appreciate fiddles and bass. Please, bring your bass or fiddle. Please bring 1-4 songs or tunes to share. (Sorry. Please, no drums, no electric instruments.)
PLEASE BRING A PORTABLE FOLDING CHAIR OR STOOL BECAUSE WE WILL PLAY OUTDOORS.
IT IS STILL RECOMMENDED TO KEEP SOCIAL DISTANCE. WHEN INDOORS, PLEASE CONSIDER WEARING A MASK.
(This jam has been growing. If we find our group is 10 or more, we may separate into two independent jams on the premises. Not to worry. This will be an improvement for a better music making experience. I’ll help make this happen when we meet.)
