After an 11-year absence, the Scott Valley Bluegrass Festival is back for 2025!
The festival will be held at the city park in Etna, California (625 Howell Ave).
Dry camping is available and will open up at 9am on Thursday, July 17th.
The band lineup for the Scott Valley Bluegrass Festival has been finalized!
The 2025 festival will feature groups from Missouri, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana.
As always, the festival will officially open on Friday evening, in downtown Etna, California, with the very popular street jam.
The main street of Etna will be blocked off and as many folks as is possible will migrate there to jam from 6-9pm. There is no cost for that:
simply bring your instrument, or a desire to enjoy bluegrass music, and show up.
There will be places in town where you can get dinner and listen to the music.
On Saturday and Sunday the actual festival music takes place at the Etna City Park.
Music on Saturday will run from 10am to 9pm, and music on Sunday will run 10am to 6pm.
This year’s band lineup is Cedar Hill, Mission Blue, The Oly Mountain Boys, Honey Don’t, Red Dog Ash, The Rosa Lees, Mountain Strings and The Music Bachs.
Adult tickets will cost $20/day, or $30 for the full weekend. Teen tickets will cost $10/day, or $15 for a full weekend.
All kids 12 and under will be admitted for free.
There will be dry camping for tents and RVs available for a cost of $20 for RVs (regardless of number of nights), or $10 for tents (regardless of number of nights).
Food onsite will be provided by local service clubs.
