Bi-Monthly Garage Jam in Petaluma
The Garage Jam open community bluegrass jam takes place regularly at the Out West Garage, on the corner of 2nd Street and F Street, the 1st & 3rd Mondays of every month from 6pm-8pm.
It’s the friendliest jam around, with supportive pickers at every experience level from rank beginners to old pros, and there’s always a designated jam leader and bass player to help keep things moving along nicely.
If you’re a seasoned player, you can have fun leading the group and providing a solid backbone.
If you’re new to this stuff, you can follow along and get better.
A lot of people have started out from nowhere and grown into proficient and valuable pickers just by showing up at these open jams and practicing at home. You can do it too!
Open to all ages and all skill levels.
