The harbinger of a healing America is spreading like a shot filled tequila bluegrass jam as actual real flesh and blood blue grass bands are being booked to perform on real non zoom incorporated stages. I just saw the good news that my friend Jason Winfrey and Red Dog Ash along will be performing at the West Side Theater on November 19. My big sister Maria is attending the San Diego Summer Grass Festival with best friend Sandi on August 20-22. Special Consensus an excellent band Maria books will be performing Maria. Everyone all together now say it, “It is about time!”
I can only assume that the shakers and movers in our beloved CBA are happily pouring over a wealth of bluegrass bands that will be available for booking this coming Father’s Day CBA Festival 2022. Somethings are well worth the long painful wait.
Now is as good as time as any to start preparations for June 2022. We can start by choosing an apt fitting name for this year’s festival. Hell, why not have a contest choosing a name for this incredibly special Father’s Day Festival. How about designing a special T-shirt for 2022?

A not of caution as we make our long-awaited plans. If we let the Delta virus take over our lives because we have not been vaccinated all will be for naught. Please lets do the right thing so we can all enjoy our beloved jams and festivals.
