Our banjo-playin’ CBA Bluegrass Breakdown Editor, Jason Dilg and his fiddle and dancin’ wife, Gina were featured in the PBS Broadcast, “Life in Virginia’s Appalachia: Flatfooting”. You may have seen Gina and Jason out there playing for the midnight square dance at our Father’s Day Festival, but this year, they’ve introduced us to flatfooting, another old-time dance style that requires no dance caller, no squares, not even a partner. No wonder it’s so popular in Appalachia and catching on out here in the West. Watch the video….
