A couple of years back your CBA board established a Communications Strategy Committee to, among other things, review the website and suggest improvements. The website had been developed some two decades ago, and though it had been revised and patched up over the years, its usefulness was limited by its outdated technology. The Committee decided it was time for a new website, designed from the ground up and utilizing modern website architecture.
First, we needed to establish what the new website would contain. We spent several months deciding what elements the website would retain and what needed to be added. In particular, we wanted complete integration with the new CBA Photo Gallery. After an extensive selection process, we contracted with Tina Stenger of Diabla Design to do the work. Content was rewritten, databases updated, new elements coordinated with old, and graphic redesign utilizing the CBA Brand Guide specs emerged over the following weeks and months.
Kudos to Diabla Design, the CBA board, and to the curators of the original website, for making this happen!
