Where Have All the CBA Welcome Columnists Gone?
Where have all the California Bluegrass Association’s Welcome Columnists gone, long time passing?
Where have all the CBA columnists gone, long time ago?
Where have all the California CBA columnists gone?
Gone to obscurity, everyone.
When will they ever return?
When will they ever return?
Seems to me the CBA has had a whole lot of people who were Welcome Columnists disappear. Disappear with a trace. Without a word (usually). They just go, abducted by aliens is my guess. I know, I know, it gets tedious doing something you aren’t required to do, month in and month out, year after year. However, some do, some don’t, some will, and some won’t. And of course, life gets in the way of us doing things that we used to do.
With that in mind, here’s a written tribute to those who have gone on to doing other things with their time. We do appreciate their written offerings.

And for our current Welcome Columnists who continue to persevere monthly, be aware that your efforts are appreciated (whether anyone tells you or not!).
POST SCRIPT FROM RICK CORNISH: No, John, every Welcome columnist has alerted me in a timely and respectful manner when they’ve made a decision to retire. On another note, eight of the names you’ve listed were one time only guest writers and not Welcome columnist. But all that said, it’d be terrific if some new Welcomers stepped forward. Those with an interest in writing one column per month should reach me at rickcornish7777@hotmail..com.
