Lucy Smith

Lucy Smith lives in Chico where she spent much of her career as an itinerant music teacher in public schools. Upon retirement she became a very active member of the CBA leadership team, first volunteering to serve as a Regional Vice President and later, as the Manager of the Association’s annual IBMA operation.
