Our Camp Facility and Location
Camp Stevens
JMC will be held at Camp Stevens from May 19th – 23rd. Camp Stevens is situated on 256 acres of pine-oak woodland, offering scenic overlooks and miles of hiking trails. The main campus is easily walkable, and features a large lawn, pool, and volleyball court. Within a short walk of the central campus, you’ll find hiking trails, an outdoor chapel, labyrinth, tree house, woodburning cob oven, chicken coop, orchard, and two gardens. The accommodations at Camp Stevens are also modern and comfortable, with WIFI, cozy meeting spaces, and fully stocked coffee and tea bars.
Meals are made from scratch on-site from sustainably sourced and local ingredients, including, as often as possible, eggs from their own on-site chickens, fruits, vegetables, and herbs from the three acres of gardens and farmland.
Additionally, Camp Stevens is about a 5 min drive from Historic Downtown Julian, making trips to town, or the choice to stay off-site during camp much more convenient.
Camp Stevens is located 2 miles northeast of the mountain town of Julian, California on State Highway 78. Julian sits at 4,235 feet, northeast of San Diego.

If you come to Wynola Road, you have gone too far; make a U-turn and enter the first driveway on the right.
Please note: Some GPS directions say that you have arrived before you reach our driveway. Keep driving down the road until you see the sign with our name on it.
